oy.

i was so gungho about blogging more regularly but that wasn’t the case this past week. not that anything happens. i don’t know.. weeks seem to go by so slowly and so quickly at the same time–as in, things happen and i have errands to run and stuff like that, but it seems like i don’t get a lot done in the amount of time given. but then again, that’s the story of my life.

A’s mom says she thinks we’re boring, since most of our dates involve eating out and then lounging at my/his house and watching a movie. sounds about right. but we’re going to try to be more adventurous and spend-conscious (since eating out and stuff does add up).. in the midst of planning are hiking (?!) and fishing locally… both sound mildly interesting to me, but we’ll see how i cope with the nature part of it.

i’m due for a couple of pic posts, but it’s much too late to be fidgeting with wordpress picture resizing doo-dad, so i’ll just end on the note of how i miss lighthouse. pastor john started another DTR series and i was listening online. not that GBF is bad–i’m so thankful to have found a new church home so quickly–but styles are different. lighthouse has so much obvious fervor and passion. and seriously, it’s ridiculous how clear it’s been that lighthouse equipped me so well in the short year i was involved there. God is/was so gracious. i miss it.

luckily, the closest consolation is that it’s spring break for UCSD this week and i get to see visiting friends. (: adventures tomorrow and beyond!
